This website is operated by Caveman OS Sdn. Bhd. (202301015023 (1508945-A)). By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online Store Terms

By placing an order you confirm you are at least the age of majority in Malaysia, or that you have given us the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or services for any unauthorised or illegal purpose.

2. Products, Pricing and Availability

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Caveman OS Sdn. Bhd. is not SST-registered, so no SST is charged. A standard commercial invoice can be provided on request.
  • All items are local ready stock unless marked "Pre-Order".
  • We try to display colours, dimensions, and specifications accurately. However, actual display hues may vary depending on your screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors, limit sales quantities, or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item was mispriced or flagged for suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Third-Party Software & Operating Systems

E-reader devices run proprietary or modified operating systems (including Android and Linux). We are not responsible for third-party application compatibility, digital rights management (DRM) restrictions from external book stores, or system instability caused by user-initiated firmware modifications, rooting, or unverified APK sideloading.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway, HitPay. Orders will only be processed and queued for fulfilment once payment confirmation is received from the provider.

5. Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund policy. Device warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy page.

6. Accuracy of Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate order and account information. We are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any applicable laws or intellectual property rights; (c) to upload malicious code, viruses, or scrapers; or (d) to bypass our website security features.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided subject to the manufacturer's specifications and our Warranty Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caveman OS Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-waivable rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any revisions become effective immediately upon posting to this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
